A space age Bertoncello red ceramic bonbonnière with a pointy “hat shaped” lid and devil horn shaped handles.
This red biscuit box by Bertoncello is decorated with white blue and orange dots and stripes was made in the 1970s.
Condition report:
Excellent vintage condition, no cracks or chips.

Founded in 1956 in Schiavon, in the province of Vicenza by Lini, Marco Pizzato and Giovanni Bertoncello , as “LPB” soon the name was changed to “Bertoncello Ceramiche d’Arte” and the management remained exclusive to Giovanni Bertoncello who led the company to success both in Italy and on the foreign market, in the early seventies the factory employed over 30 employees.
